CAAR Member System

CAAR are the UK’s largest online distributor for car parts, accessories and leisure equipment with 450 independent member stores and over 150,000 car parts available online.

CAAR needed a single place to manage all of their members, their member websites and their suppliers.

The system that Visual Mile developed included:

• A single sign-on portal for members to gain financial, product and brand information
• An area for suppliers to log in and manage offers, price list, representative information and account details
• A custom developed CMS to change any single member website and its information at the click of a mouse
• Member financial information so members can see spend and account information for any supplier

The system also uses Geocoding to search nearest member stores and nearest supplier representatives.
