CEGA needed a bespoke online system with an easy to use, mobile friendly, front end for their business customers (mostly insurance companies) and their individual customers to find information quickly and efficiently.

• The system would need fully integrated mapping software to show worldwide risk
• An admin back-end would be required to manage all site content, alerts, messaging and mapping
• The requirement for all forms and some pages to be translated into other languages
• Easy calls to action for emergency users

CEGA operate an air ambulance and medical repatriation service worldwide so the user environment needed to be easily accessible in emergency situations and up-time and speed of use are paramount.
